Subscription FAQ

    1. Q: How can I pay my Subscription plan?
      A: The subscription plans can only be paid by Credit Card monthly.

    2. Q: How will I know that my subscription has been activated?
      A: Once the subscription plan has been placed, you will receive an email order confirmation.

    3. Q: When will my Subscription plan be charged?
      ● Discovery Subscription and Discovery Plus Subscription *Subscription cut-off date is every 25th.

      A: Subscription orders will be charged on the day orders are placed.
           Subscription orders placed between the 25th and 31st of the month will be charged on the same day and will not be charged the following month.
           The next payment will be charged automatically on the 25th by your eligible credit card every month until you cancel.

      ● Monthly Subscriptions
      A: Subscription orders will be charged on the day orders are placed.
      The next payment will be charged automatically by your eligible credit card every month until you cancel, depending on the date you placed your subscription.

    4. When will my subscription order ship?
      ● Discovery Subscription and Discovery Plus Subscription
      A: Orders placed before the cut-off date*, will be shipped before the end of that same month.
      Orders placed after the cut-off date* will be processed and shipped by the end of the following month.

      ● Monthly Subscription
      A: Subscription orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 working days.

    5. Q: How is the monthly shipping for all the subscription plans?
      A: Enjoy Free Shipping in Hong Kong for order above HK$500.
      Shipping rates will be calculated based on the item's weight for orders ineligible with free shipping.


    6. Q: How do I manage my Subscription plan?
      A: Simply change your email address or shipping information in the subscription plan at any time by logging in to the CRA customer portal or via access to the link you receive in each subscription email.

    7. Q: How do I cancel my Subscription plan?
      A: You may pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription through your account at any time. It is advisable to change your payment details or cancel the subscription before the charge date.

    8. Q: How do I change my coffee option?
      A: You can remove, add or change the coffee / quantity of the products of your subscription through your customer portal. Customers can't yet add/remove products in the pre-paid subscriptions (Discovery Subscription plans).
