How to Receive Push Notification
Desktop/Android User
1. When you visit our store, you will be presented with a browser prompt asking for permission to send push notifications.
2. If you click "Allow", you will be added to our store's subscriber list and can receive notifications.
3. Please note that when you logged in first, your name will be added to our list, but if not, you will be Anonymous in our list.
iOS User
1. When you visit our store, you will be presented with a browser prompt asking for adding our store as a Home App.
2. Tap the "Share" icon at the bottom of the web screen and select "Add to Home Screen."
3. The website will now appear as an icon on your home screen. Click it and a prompt will appear, similar to the Desktop/Android screen. Tap the ‘Allow’ button to receive push notifications.
4. Please note that when you logged in first, your name will be added to our list, but if not, you will be Anonymous in our list.
Ensure that your device settings allow notifications
Android:
Settings > Apps > Click on "Notifications" and switch on "Show notifications".
Windows:
Settings > Notifications & actions > Ensure that "Banners, Sounds" is toggled on for "Google Chrome."
Mac:
System Preferences > Notifications > Click on "Google Chrome" and ensure "Allow Notifications from Google Chrome" is toggled on.
Additionally, ensure Apple devices are on iOS 16.4, and not using a private (incognito) browser.
