This coffee is known for its top-notch quality, achieved through a combination of mechanical harvesting and precise sorting. Further refinement takes place during wet milling, followed by a secondary sorting phase during dry milling. To maintain the utmost freshness, the coffee is stored in a temperature-controlled room.
